I'm actually surprised that I got response from my previous post ! Now I know how much people have watched the Black Swan and actually remembers that actress Natalie Portman did receive a Myiofascial release session, LOL. I always thought I wasn't really sensitive about my body. So when one day when my teacher wanted to do a Myofascial release session on me, and asked me questions like, 'What do you feel when I do this?' I was quite puzzled on what to answer. I was never really good with words if I'm talking. And what the hell is Myofascial? I'm not better than you but fascia is the soft tissue component of the connective tissue that provides support and protection for most structure within the human body, including muscle. What I kinda understand that it connects your muscles too? Ahh, it's important to your body. I wonder why we don't learn this in Biology class. My teacher went to a course to learn this and I really admire her. She's a Ballet teacher, a Pilates instructor and still she goes to learn new stuffs about the human body. She never fail to amaze me. So the session lasted for almost an hour. I had to strip(?) till I'm almost naked (please no dirty thoughts...

Big Bang has finally released his mini album, ALIVE! Six songs were released and that included Blue that was released earlier than the rest. And I can say, I'm really impressed with their comeback. In fact, I thought this album was better than their previous'. Another MV that came out was 'BADBOY' which I totally fell in love with right after the music just started. I thought it was better than Blue, a LOT. Oh me gosh, the fact that I LOVE bad boys increased my liking to the song and the MV. Basically, the MV is a bad boy(s) apologizing to their girlfriend because they're bad. They love the girl, but sometimes their ways may disappoint/upset the girl.
