So the new year arrived. Everyone says 2016 was a bad year, but I think every year is too long for only good things to happen. Somehow I thought the year of the horse was worse. Anyway each year has its ups and downs. --- I remember saying it while I was in secondary school, that I wouldn't want to dye my hair because it just seems to unnecessary. The people were dyeing their hair brown or red that time (not so adventurous) and it just seemed so normal for me. It wasn't healthy for your hair either. The only reason I could understand why people would do it is because you're probably a middle-aged woman that has white hair that you want to hide. I don't know what changed my mind, or when did it happen. I already knew that people could bleach their hair and dye their hair with really light colours, something I guess some Asians with only dark hair have always dreamed of. I saw people with pink, blue, violet and even green hair in my university and I wouldn...
It's alternative title is Blue Spring Ride. --- I will definitely call it fate for me to move my cursor towards this manga title. Out of all the different mangas on the long list, I just had to click this one. I'm also surprised why I did it, because the title doesn't look it belongs to a shoujo manga. Well, for me. Ahh, I'm happy I was willing to give it chance. Just because the mangas that were categorized as shoujo doesn't mean that they will be read by me. I 'flipped' through the first few page and then it hit me. This drawing is familiar. No, it wasn't familiar, I know who drew this manga. Sakisaka Io, the artist and author of Strobe Edge. And Strobe Edge is my favourite manga, and I can say it OUT LOUD that it beats Kaichou wa Maid-sama! According to the katakana here, it says Aoharaido. Gahh, it delighted me that it was Sakisaki Io's work. I guess she will be drawing a new manga after the end of Strobe Edge. I'm actually not sure if Strobe...
Before the night I had my driving test, I couldn't sleep immediately because I was on my bed remembering things like how to make a three-point turn, what to do when you go up hill, and the road I will be driving for the test. It was the day of the JPJ driving test. I was awaken by my mother and I was already nervous. I'm always nervous at home and I kept telling my mother that I'm afraid. Anyway, I had to be at the driving academy by 10.30AM. There are two sessions for the people taking the test. I'm in the second session. When I got there, there are many people in the first session already waiting for their test on the road. I was clueless where to go so I hung out a while with some people from my school. After asking the staff around and help from my friend, at least I know where I should stand by. The test starts at 11:30AM, and my number is 53. I really felt helpless that I can't really catch Bahasa Melayu well even though I have been living in Malaysia ...
