Kimi ni Todoke

I found this manga when I actually wanted to click on Kimi ga Suki (Kimi no Todoke was below it) and glad that destiny made me read it :)

It's another story like Koko ni Iru Yo! The main character wants to step out from the shadows and be friends with everyone, but to me Kimi ni Todoke seems less painful than what I have seen in Koko ni Iru Yo!.

Are the manga names too confusing for you all?

Surprisingly, destiny made another encounter between me and the ANIME of Kimi ni Todoke. Thanks to Jason who gave me the link when I actually wanted to see the anime Fairy Tail.

Yes, Fairy Tail finally airs its anime! I only got to know that after a month later ;_;

I guess the synopsis for both anime and manga are the same.

Synopsis:

Kuronuma Sawako’s one wish in life is to make friends. That’s a difficult proposition when everyone who meets this high school student cowers in terror! She just wants to be like her classmate Kazehaya-kun, a laid-back, easygoing guy.

You see, Sawako was misunderstood by everyone in high school because of her scary looks. People often spread rumours about her and her supernatural powers, and if you stare into her eyes for more than three second, you're going to face bad luck.

They even gave her a nickname, Sadako from the Ring (Ringu), a Japanese horror movie based on a Japanese novel.

I think she looks cute.

But of course, Sawako is not like that, and she wishes to clear all the misunderstanding. But no matter how much she tries, everyone just run away whenever she speaks.

Sawako's idol was her classmate, Kazehaya Shouta. Kazehaya is popularly known because of his cheerfulness. Sawako often admires him and wishes to be like him.

One thing that makes Kazehaya different from other people is he is not afraid of Sawako and greets her every morning. This makes Sawako admires him even more.

Kuronuma Sawako

Sawako is often misunderstood by her scary appearances. She admires her classmate, Kazehaya Shouta for being so cheerful and approachable.

Kazehaya Shouta

Like I said, cheerful. He treats everyone the same way and he also encouraged Sawako when she meets problem. It's REALLY obvious that he likes Sawako.


Yano Ayane and Yoshida Chizu

They're both Sawako friends at the end of the first episode. I actually have no words to describe Yano but Yoshida is a tough girl but is very emotional. You can always see her crying.


Sanada Ryuu

Not really important but oh well. He's Yoshida's friend since they are small and can't remember names very well. He sits behind Sawako :D

There are actually other characters but I don't want to spoil the fun. Saying like that already spoils the fun ;x Watch it yourselves people!

I have to say, this is the first time I watched an anime that is TOTALLY just shoujo and romance and I am loving it. I have already fall in love with this manga and now seeing them moving and hearing their voices make everything so magical :3

Shiina Karuho's art may not be beautiful and pretty like the works of other mangakas but simple and nice to me. At least I will still go KYAH~ when I see Kazehaya :3

One thing I must say about the anime is it is BEAUTIFUL ! The scenery the colours everything inside the anime is detailed and wonderful ! I don't know if I didn't noticed before at other anime but everything I seen in this anime simply just take my breathe away.

This anime is more about friendship and Sawako is trying her best to make friends and keeping them. She says everything wonderul happening around her is because Kazehaya encourages her. At least, for now.

Both anime and manga are still uncompleted and I am waiting for my life for them to continue.

Manga sounds coool.. I do wish I could read Chinese (or it is Japanese?!), though!

Personally, I prefer reading in english because chinese words make me dizzy @__@

On the first of February, I went to the cinema with my brother and a close friend of mine to watch How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World. The Handsome Side Of Biology.

LOOKEY GRAY FULLBUSTER IS LOOKING AT ME < 3 --- I once gave that title (look at blog post title) to my tuition teacher who taught us Biology, but he doesn't know that. Mr Jay (not his real name) teaches Biology (duh) at ERA for I don't know how many years and among all the teachers, he's the youngest I think. I can say he's quite good looking and he has a great personality. I first saw him when I went to a seminar for PMR. I was sitting far away so I couldn't really see his face. I just remembered he made us laugh a lot and no doubt, he's good at what he's doing. He works at the hospital too. When I came into Form 4, I attended his class and yeah, I thought he was handsome. Ballet Grade 6

Having my Grade 6 examination soon. Makes me go nervous AHHHH. Grade 6 isn't children grade anymore, it's a performance grade, where you seriously need facial expression, eye focus and blah blah blah. Just like what my teacher says. Everything need to be done, performance-y. I had two regrets during this grade. ONE. I choose PINK for my leotard instead of BLUE! I have always loved the colour pink. If it's possible, I would choose pink every time. But this time, I preferred blue much more than pink. The reason I wanted blue because I wanted to choose the Free Movement dance, so I thought. Maybe, if I choose blue, it will be more nicer than pink. And it looks more. MORE NICE LOL. When all of us were making final decisions, I heard the pianist said : "If you pick blue and dancing Free Movement, it will be like water flowing around. It will definitely look great. " Oh, that really, really brighten up my day x) But no, my own teacher took away my confidence >___>
